• Mr. Drew Cartwright, Founder and President of Quorum Media, has a career in the out-of-home advertising media industry in Texas spanning over 26 years.  After extensive years as an owner-operator, Mr. Cartwright has experience in all areas of the outdoor advertising business from general oversight to real estate leasing and management, new development and construction of sign structures, evaluation and acquisition of sign structures and outdoor companies, securing permits, dealing with multiple city and state governmental agencies and sales with local, regional, and national advertisers.
